Arnloss Cottage

Arnloss Cottage was built in the 1980’s has been recently modernised creating a pleasant and comfortable space for guests. The property contains an open plan living and dining room with wrap-around windows and spectacular views to the Mull of Kintyre. There is one king sized bed, two double beds (one with ensuite) and one single bed and additional trundle bed in the single room. There is the capacity for 8 guests, however, a maximum of 7 guests would be more comfortable. There is an open fire that guests can use although logs are not provided but are available to purchase at the main Coop in Brodick and the shop in Blackwaterfoot. Wi-fi, linen and towels provided. The cottage is situated a short drive up a single track (car essential) just along from the entrance car park to the Machrie Moor Stone Circles. The Machrie Bay Golf Course and Tea Room is close by. The nearest village is Blackwaterfoot which is around a 5 min drive away and has everything you need - bakers, butchers, gift shop, grocery store, hotel/pub and an unusual 12 hole golf course. There is ample parking at the cottage. There is guest access to a private sizeable garden area and patio. Sun chairs are stored in the garage. Unfortunately, due to the proximity to livestock, we do not accept pets at this time. Check-in is anytime after 4 pm on a Thursday. Check out is the following Thursday by 10 am at the latest.
