Barnstable, on the southern tip of the island, commands spectacular panoramic views over the Ayrshire and Wigtownshire coastlines, westwards to Ireland, Mull of Kintyre, and the Argyll peninsular. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Two well behaved dogs welcome by prior arrangement. Private garden and car parking. Set in a rural location, once a farm steading, so peace and quiet guaranteed. Step outside for a short walk to the beach, or head for the forestry walk at Butterhill... great exercise for you and your four legged friends! Take in the Lagg Distillery, sample the food and drink on offer, or some retail therapy - lots to see and do all around our special Isle! Arran is a walkers paradise and a golfers dream! Or, just put your feet up, relax and admire the stunning sunsets from the comfort of the sun lounge! At Shannochie Cottages there are also two smaller properties ~ Eryb, sleeps 3, and Kilbride Cottage, sleeps 4. Availability and online booking through own website.
