Our wood-fired stove and soft wooden benches are a world away from the chlorine-smelling sports centre saunas that many of us are used to, and our huge picture window gives a feeling of connecting with the landscape. Stonesthrow Sauna is a beautiful, relaxing and calming place to be. A place to connect with friends new and old. A place to take a moment for yourself. Additionally, enjoying a sauna makes our beautiful beaches and seas accessible in a very different way, even on the greyest and coldest of days. There is loads of evidence that a sauna - and a post-sauna cold dip - is great for both your physical and mental health. And it's really sociable too.
