Arran Villages

Even though Arran is only 20 miles long and 10 miles wide, you’ll find a diverse range of villages and areas – with the landscape dramatically changing in character as you travel around the isle. From the towering, craggy mountains like Goatfell in the north, to the fertile valleys and meadows of the south, you’ll discover something different with every mile.

Each village and area around the island has its own charm and personality from the coastal port of Brodick, the yachting and boating capital of Lamlash and the tranquillity of Kildonan to the white cottages at Corrie, the mountainous backdrop of Lochranza and the sandy bay of Sannox.
