Crofters

Accommodation Info

Overview

"Experiences to nourish the soul"

Crofters is a friendly, family-run bar and bistro on the Isle of Arran. Here you’ll enjoy authentic Scottish hospitality with outstanding food and drink with local and sustainable provenance

Step inside this cosy bothy on the seafront in Brodick to experience the warmth of a true island welcome where you'll be greeted like one of the family. Immerse yourself in Arran's relaxed island culture and savour an abundant choice of delicious home-cooked food accompanied by a lovingly curated selection of Scottish craft beers, small batch spirits (when it's permitted to be sold subject to tier guidance!) and non-alcoholic options at the bar.

Crofters is more than just a restaurant: a full family run brand with their business operatives firmly rooted in the ethics of permaculture and sustainability. Crofters has taken the opportunities of the coronavirus pandemic to restructure and bring everything that embodies the crofting lifestyle to you anywhere in the world. With sister business Crofters Larder producing "artisan larder staples" for you to enjoy at home, Crofters Music showcasing the world class acoustic music of the artists whom used to play in house, and Crofters Cruises preparing to set sail in 2021, covid restrictions permitting.

If you enjoy quality, authentic food, and company, then Crofters is the place for you. Reservations are recommended, especially during the summer months and due to the covid restrictions, and take away is available for you to enjoy restaurant quality meals for at home.

You can also follow everything they are creating, along with their story, on their social media

Opening Times:
from the 6th of November 2020: Open Friday, Saturday and Sunday 10am-6pm for dine in, soft and hot drinks, lunches. 11-8pm for take away restaurant meals for at home and off sales.
