  • The view from the top of the String road (B880) into Brodick

    On a clear day you can see right over to Ayrshire. There's a lay-by for this viewpoint - take a wide angled lens with you to make the most of the stunning scenery!

  • Arran Creamery Cheese Shop

    Torrylinn Creamery is the home of the famous Isle of Arran Cheese. Visitors can watch the award winning cheese being made by hand in the open vats from the viewing gallery, mon-fri,recommended viewing times 11am to 2pm.

  • Sannox Beach

    Down in Sannox a short hop across the stepping stones will lead you to a lovely wee beach with pink sand and small dunes, allowing some privacy.

  • Goatfell

    Goat Fell is the highest of the Arran mountains (874m)and as such is very popular. It is a magnificent summit and linked by wonderful ridges to the other peaks of the range.

  • Lagaville Walks - Lamlash

    These trails give several short loops of different lengths along burns with lovely waterfalls and small gorges. You pass the remains of Lagaville which was abandoned in the late 18th century. Further on you can sit beside the wildlife pond and watch the dragonflies and tadpoles. Start from the 'dyemill' which is a few hundred metres past the Arran provisions factory on the Ross Road.

  • Brodick

    Brodick is the largest village on the island, and offers visitors the best selection of services on Arran. Brodick is strung out along the landward side of the main road forming the village promenade. Here you will find shops, cafes and hotels. Brodick also home to the main ferry terminal and the tourist information centre which is located close to the ferry terminal.
